    Customer Service will answer questions to help customers find the product best suited for their needs and offer pricing for individual purchases. Customer Service can process orders for Credit Cards, academic and checks, for up to a 3-unit purchase. For more than 3 units, please contact our Sales Office for volume licensing pricing.

  • Returns
    Nuance offers a thirty-day money back guarantee for the purchase price on all retail products. If the chosen Nuance product does not meet the customer's needs, Customer Service will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for return. The thirty-day timeframe for returns begins on the date of purchase. Proof of payment is required. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund.

  • Refunds
    If a product has been returned on a RMA number, Customer Service will check on the status of the refund.
